Depression and Internet

Yesterday, I was searching on net about 'How to recover from Depression'.
 Wait!!
I exactly don't want to recover but I really want to feel better.
 May be I understand what to do, but the weird thing is I want to feel good without doing anything. (or in less effort)

 Actually, the writers on Depression don't understand the mental, physical condition or social environment of A Depressed Heart. Their articles are like boring lectures, unacceptable advices or hard to emplement, for example: They say,
 1. make new friends,
 2. sit with sober people,
 3. be in the group of aim-oriented people.
 Is it possible ??
No, it's not.

 Now look at me!! A Depressed Heart:
1. I have bathed 3 years ago.
 2. I brushed my teeth - 3 years ago.
 3. The Pants on my body has been 2 years old.

 Can you emagine:
1. how I smell?
 2. How dirty my hair are?
3. My head is full of dirt, dandruff, oily head skin.
4. 5 inches long beard!!
5. Long dirty hair.
6. Long and dirty nails!!
7. I never washed my eyes, face last 3 years!!
8. I have a strong lair of body oil and dust on my skin.
9. It has been 3 years to brushed my teeth.
10. My moustache touches my goatee.

 Can you emagine how a person can eat !!
 Do you know, I don't want to see my teeth and gums.
My gum's color is creamy-white, it is food that have eaten by me.
My teeth's color are yellow, creamy, green, blue. I think these are colorful fungus. It means fungal infection is this.
 My teeth has a red outline and they bleed occasionally.

 When I touch my hair my fingers become like I touched fevicol.

 Now, tell me how I can sit with a sober person?
May be, I can sit but a sober person why want to sit with a dirty person?

 Yesterday, I read 3-4 articles, many tips and suggestions but they all are useless. I am unable to follow any of them.

A Depressed Heart can understand himself in a better way. Only you are the person who is responsible for your happiness. Listen everyone but do what is good for you.

Not all Depressed person are same, if you are Depressed and
 1. Want to suicide,
 2. Want to feel better,
 3. Want to recover,
4. Want to be successful,
5. Want to bounce back,
 I suggest you to read articles on net. Search different keywords.


 (I think I will write few best articles on Depression to help Depressed people. I have 3 years of experince of being depressed.)


WOW, amazing thing this is, recruiter gives priority to those who are experienced person, I have lost all things but got an experince. superb. every ADH should see the positive part of all bad things.

what a great line I have wrote here. thanks to me. and I will recover from this dengorous Depression.
